My Top 5 Books for Biracial Kids

As a mother of biracial kids, I'm always looking for fun ways to instill self confidence and worth in my children. Recently, I set out in search of children's books that my kids could personally relate to. I was really excited to see that there were tons of options to choose from. These books are teaching my babies to celebrate their amazing curls, as well as their beautiful skin tone. I ordered every one of them from Amazon and the most expensive book was twelve dollars. So, without further ado, these are our top five favorites. I hope you enjoy them as much as we have. What are some of your favorites?

  1. Big Hair Don't Care by Crystal Swain-Bates

    2.  Black, White, Just Right! by Marguerite W. Davol

    3.  The Skin You Live In by Michael Tyler

  4.  Mixed Blessing by Marsha Cosman

    5.   I Am Mixed (I Am Book) by Garcelle Beauvals and Sabastian A. Jones
